Not By Sight Outreach seeks to change and impact lives through a range of outreach programs, that demonstrate, in a practical way, the love of Jesus Christ around us. We follow the mission of Matthew 25:35-40.

Our vision is to see a network of strong, hope-filled believers, committed to meeting the mental, physical, and spiritual needs of their communities and society at large.

We seek to bring hope and a brighter future by making a measurable, permanent impact in our surrounding communities. We give special attention to young women and single mothers through our projects such as Beautiful are the Feet.

Not By Sight Outreach was founded in 2018 by Carica E. Williams. As an ordained evangelist and accomplished single mother, Carica is dedicated to touching lives, making lasting change and exemplifying Christ in her actions.
